Refund & Return Policy – Service Zone

Due to the nature of services (maintenance & installation), the policy is as follows:

1. Services

  • Services are non-refundable once completed.

  • If there is an issue, the customer may request re-service within (3 days).

2. Products (if applicable)
Returns are accepted within (7 days) if:

  • Product is unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

3. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Misuse by the customer

  • External damage

  • Customized orders

4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within (5–10 business days) via the original payment method.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Customer bears return shipping cost

  • Store covers cost if the issue is from our side
